规划 & Zoning Commission meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, 9 a.m. to noon, in the Commission Chambers at the Doña安娜县 政府 Center, 845 N. 汽车旅馆大街. This seven-member board of volunteers review land-use and development matters in public hearings twice a month.

目的

Matters that historically have come before the commission include variance requests to land use requirements, special use permit designations, 区域的变化, subdivision review and approvals, appeals of staff decisions, reports to the Board of County 委员, and recommendations related to amendments or changes to the County’s comprehensive plan and Unified Development Code.
